Contact details (name, email, phone), booking and attendance details, session notes, and relevant information you or your referrer provide. For minors, we may collect parent/guardian details.

How we use it

To deliver services, manage bookings and invoices, communicate with you, and meet legal and clinical record-keeping obligations. We only use or share information for these purposes unless you consent or the law permits/ requires.

Storage & security

Records are stored securely using reputable platforms and protected by access controls. We take reasonable steps to protect against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

Access & correction

You can request access to or correction of your personal information. We may require identification and will respond within a reasonable time.

Third parties

We may use service providers (e.g., booking, email, invoicing). Where feasible, we choose providers with strong privacy practices. If information is stored overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure protection consistent with the APPs.

NDIS & collaboration

With consent, we can share summary information with your care team or plan manager to coordinate supports. We limit sharing to what’s necessary.

Retention

We keep client records as required by applicable health and professional guidelines. When no longer required, records are securely destroyed or de‑identified.
