Terms of Service

These terms set out how AngelArts Studio provides services. By booking or attending, you agree to these terms.

Appointments & Cancellations

Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full fee.

Fees & Payment

Fees are communicated at booking. Payment methods include bank transfer or card (where available). Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

NDIS Participants

Self- and plan-managed participants may be invoiced in line with current guidance. It’s your responsibility to confirm funding eligibility and item numbers with your plan manager. Pricing and rules change over time.

Safety & Conduct

We provide a supportive, respectful environment and expect the same from participants. We may decline or discontinue services where safety or suitability is a concern, and will offer referrals where possible.

Intellectual Property

Program materials and website content are provided for personal use and may not be reproduced without consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupply of services. Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms or our policies from time to time. The current version will be posted here.
